Requirements and Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
In depth understanding of Facebook and LinkedIn marketing.
Proven experience in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies.
In-depth knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
Proficient in using analytics tools (Google Analytics, etc.) to measure and interpret performance.
Strong creative and analytical skills.
Google analytics & Facebook pixel analysis including LinkedIn campaign manager knowledge is required.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to meet business objectives.
Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging digital technologies.
Create engaging and relevant content for various digital platforms.
Collaborate with the content team to ensure consistent messaging across channels.
Conduct keyword research and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies
Monitor and analyze website performance using SEO tools.
Manage and execute social media campaigns across platforms.
Create and schedule compelling content and engage with the online community.
Develop and optimize paid advertising campaigns (PPC) on platforms such as Google Ads and social media.
Monitor budgets, analyze performance, and adjust strategies for optimal results.
Plan and execute targeted email marketing campaigns.
Segment lists for personalized communication and analyze campaign performance.
Utilize analytics tools to track and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns.
Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including content creators, designers and developers to ensure cohesive digital marketing efforts.
